Add a Webex Video Conferencing to New Meeting in Docket

Follow these steps to add a Webex video call to a new meeting in Docket.

  1. Create a Meeting using the + New Meeting button

  2. Add Meeting Details by completing applicable scheduling options

  3. Add Video Conferencing by clicking to select and add Webex

  4. Pick a time for the meeting

  5. Schedule the new meeting

When the meeting invitation distributes to your guests, the Cisco Webex call:

  • Will be included in the calendar invitation

  • Will be found in the Docket meeting information section

  • Will be clickable in the meeting header of the Docket meeting workspace for easy access to start your meeting

Set up Webex Integration from the New Meeting Modal

Follow these steps if you do not yet have your Webex account linked to Docket.

  1. Go to Events from your Docket navigation menu.

  2. Click + New Meeting at the bottom of the panel.

  3. When you get to the Video Conferencing section, click the option to Connect Webex.

  4. A Webex page will open asking you to sign it to authorize linking your Webex account to Docket.

  5. You will be brought to the Docket integrations page showing that Webex is now a connected integration. You may return back to your Events panel to schedule a meeting with a Webex call.

Setting up Webex Integration from the Docket Integrations Page

Link your Webex account to Docket to enable adding Webex calls to Docket meetings:

  1. Go to your Docket Integrations page from the left navigation menu.

  2. Scroll down to the Webex integration section and click the button to Connect Webex.

  3. A Webex page will open asking you to sign in to authorize linking your Webex account to Docket.

  4. The Connect Webex button will turn gray confirming your Webex and Docket accounts are connected. You can now add Webex video calls when creating new meetings in Docket by following the steps above.
