Send a Docket Agenda
Send a Docket agenda to inform guests of what is expected during the meeting.
Click Send Agenda to the right of the Meeting Header.
When the Send Agenda modal opens, all meeting guests will be selected automatically to receive the agenda. If you wish to remove anyone from the recipient list, click on their avatar/initial to de-select them.
Enter a personalized message or accept the defaulted message your guests will receive with the agenda.
Add any recipients who are not a part of the meeting but who you would like to receive an agenda.
Scroll to review the agenda one last time.
Click Send to send the agenda message.
