- Chat with an available Docket meeting expert during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Time. If someone is not immediately available, Docket will still receive your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
- Email Docket Product Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. When submitting a support case or feedback, please try to include as much information as possible to help us support you better. A few items that are helpful to include: The meeting ID (the page URL when the meeting is displayed), a description of what you are trying to do, and a screen shot of the result.
